This policy explains what personal information Tridev AI ("we", "us") collects when you use https://aishorex.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email us at support@aishorex.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash; we can never see them.
- Profile details (optional): phone number, company and country.
- Project information: what you send through quote requests, order requirements, messages, support tickets and uploaded files, such as project descriptions, budgets, deadlines and attachments.
- Reviews: the rating and comment you leave after an order. Approved reviews are shown on the site with your name.
Information about payments
Payments are handled by PayPal. Your card or bank details go straight to PayPal and never reach our servers. PayPal tells us whether a payment succeeded, the amount and currency, and its reference numbers, and we keep those as a record of your order.
Information collected automatically
- Security and usage data: your IP address and basic request details, used to keep the site secure (for example, to limit repeated failed log-in attempts) and to fix problems.
- Activity on the site: for example, when you were last online in messages, and which emails we have sent you.
Cookies and browser storage
We use one essential cookie, tridev_session, which keeps you logged in for up to 7 days. The site cannot work without it, so it doesn't need your consent. Your browser also stores your light/dark theme choice and any unsent chat message on your own device.
We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't currently use analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account.
- To provide what you order: quotes, orders, deliveries, revisions, support plans and support tickets.
- To take payments and keep records of them.
- To send you emails about your account, orders and messages. You can turn off order and message emails in your dashboard under Settings; receipts, refunds and account and security emails are always sent.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send you marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who helps us process your information
We use trusted service providers who process information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and file storage.
- MongoDB Atlas: our database, hosted in Mumbai, India.
- Upstash: short-term caching and live chat, hosted in Mumbai, India.
- Google Workspace: sending and receiving email.
- PayPal: taking payments. PayPal also acts under its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers may process information outside your country. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices and payment records), which we keep only as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it (you can also change most of it yourself under Profile in your dashboard);
- delete your account and personal information;
- stop using your information for a particular purpose.
Email support@aishorex.com from the address on your account and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site uses HTTPS everywhere, passwords are hashed, and access to your information is limited to people who need it to provide the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.
Children
The site is for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site.
