Terms of service

These terms apply when you use https://aishorex.com and order services from Tridev AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you have a question, email support@aishorex.com.

1. Our services

Tridev AI provides software development services, including web, AI, automation and SaaS development. You can order a package, hire us by the hour, or accept a custom offer or quote. Each package, offer or quote describes what's included: the scope, price, delivery time and number of revisions.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
  • Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Orders

  • An order starts once payment is confirmed and you have sent the requirements we need. Delivery times are estimates that count from then.
  • If we need more information from you, the order may wait until you reply.
  • If we agree to change the scope, we will send a new or updated offer, and the price and delivery time may change.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency on the site. Taxes may apply.
  • You pay in advance through PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
  • An order or plan is active only once its payment has been received.

5. Delivery, revisions and completion

  • When we deliver, you can approve the work or ask for a revision.
  • Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope, up to the number included in your package or offer. New features or a different scope are new work.
  • If you neither approve the delivery nor ask for a revision within 3 days, the order is marked complete automatically.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  • Before work starts: you can cancel and get a full refund.
  • After work has started: you can ask to cancel. We will refund the part of the price for work not yet done, taking into account the work already delivered.
  • After an order is complete: payments are not refundable, unless the law says otherwise.
  • If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we will refund you for the part we could not deliver.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal. To ask for a cancellation or refund, use the order page or email support@aishorex.com.

7. Support plans

  • Support plans are billed monthly or yearly and paid in advance. They cover the projects listed in your plan.
  • Plans don't renew automatically. Before each renewal we send you an invoice. If it isn't paid when the period ends, your cover continues for a 7-day grace period, and then the plan ends.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your cover continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and periods already paid are not refunded.

8. Ownership of the work

  • Once you've paid in full, you own the custom work we deliver to you for that order.
  • We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries and know-how that existed before your project or aren't specific to it. You get a permanent licence to use them as part of what we delivered.
  • Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences.
  • We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to or it's confidential.

9. Your materials and confidentiality

  • You confirm that you have the right to share everything you send us (text, images, data, code and logins), and that using it for your project won't break the law or anyone's rights.
  • We keep the details of your project and anything you mark as confidential private, and use it only to do the work.

10. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or our services for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive. Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site. We may refuse a project or close an account that does.

11. Liability

We do the work with reasonable skill and care. Apart from what these terms or the law guarantee, the services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes that can't be settled between us will be decided by the courts of India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes don't affect orders already placed.
